Jerrod Young is a Founding member of High Performance, Inc., your partner in providing full-scale, sustainable, business, people, and process solutions during large-scale organizational change. Jerrod brings more than twenty-five years of Talent Management and Organization Development to the consulting, training and coaching side of the business.
Prior to founding HP, Inc., Jerrod was a founding partner in another successful management consulting firm, Intellectual Business Solutions, Inc., where he led in the development of a systematic change process that
facilitated organizations experiencing transformation from its current state to one of high performance.
He has managed over seventy projects that have directly impacted organizations such as International Paper, NASA, Prestolite Electric, and Solvay Chemicals .
Jerrod earned a BS degree from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (minors in engineering statistics and probability and human factors).
