This governmental agency was experiencing large-scale change and requested multiple
levels and competencies of organizational development support. Major tasks provided by
our team during this period included: providing strategic change management services
to Mission Support Organizations (MSO) in support of the agency’s priority goals,
analyzing various quantitative and qualitative data sets to help draw conclusions and
identify opportunities for improvement, and serving as a trusted advisor and consultant
to Senior Executive Service personnel, political appointed, Associate and Deputy
Administrators, Directors, and Branch Chiefs. We further assisted this agency by
providing consulting support to executives and management in the areas of: Culture
Transformation, Human Behavior-Morale and Performance, Organizational Structure &
Systems Design, and Transforming from Decentralized to Centralized mode of
Operation, while also collaborating and consulting with customers to perform needs
assessment and root cause analysis in order to create the appropriate solution needed
for the customer, designing and monitoring project transformation plans and
implementation strategies, and aiding in planning and facilitating meetings, retreats, and
off-sites for in-person and hybrid work environments. The project outcome was very
successful in that our customers were extremely satisfied with the foundation
established to ensure a successful transformation project.
