WANDA K. YOUNG
Wanda Young is a founding member of High Performance, Inc. She brings twenty plus years of varied knowledge and capabilities of experience to the business. Her accumulated experience has been garnered from her work and leadership experience in the chemical and automotive business sectors, as well as through her previous partnership in a management consulting firm where she served as the Chief Financial Officer.
Wanda has worked in a start-up capacity for two companies assisting in establishing and implementing financial accounting systems while providing supervision and training to fellow team members. Her primary business acumen lies in the areas of payroll accounting, accounts payable, cost accounting and administration. Wanda has assisted in the areas of talent acquisition, talent development, as well as cost management with associated projects. She has experience in leadership and team development, facilitation, and mentoring.
Wanda earned a BS degree in Accounting from Athens State University.
JERROD K. YOUNG
Jerrod Young is a Founding member of High Performance, Inc., your partner in providing full-scale, sustainable, business, people, and process solutions during large-scale organizational change. Jerrod brings more than twenty-five years of Talent Management and Organization Development to the consulting, training and coaching side of the business.
Prior to founding HP, Inc., Jerrod was a founding partner in another successful management consulting firm, Intellectual Business Solutions, Inc., where he led in the development of a systematic change process that facilitated organizations experiencing transformation from its current state to one of high performance. He has managed over seventy projects that have directly impacted organizations such as International Paper, NASA, Prestolite Electric, and Solvay Chemicals .
